Between 2005 and 2023, there was $344.1 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $50.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $95.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $131.2 million in consumer lending, $41.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
