Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.9 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $574.5 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $608.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $303.4 million in consumer lending, $418.8 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
