Between 2005 and 2023, there was $227.6 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $71.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $57.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $53.3 million in consumer lending, $21.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
