Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.9 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $437 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $648.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $495.2 million in consumer lending, $138.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
