Between 2005 and 2023, there was $239.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $82.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $73.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $53.4 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
