Between 2005 and 2023, there was $6.1 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $1.7 billion in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $2.6 billion in housing development and mortgage lending, $309.3 million in consumer lending, $1.3 billion in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
