Between 2005 and 2023, there was $482.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $98.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $251.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $101.4 million in consumer lending, $22.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
