There's Still Time to Register for the 2020 CDFI Institute!
Comptroller of the Currency Joseph Otting, CDFI Fund Director Jodie Harris, and Representatives Carolyn Maloney (D-NY); Mike Quigley, House Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Subcommittee Chairman; and Gregory Meeks, Chairman of the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Consumer Protections & Financial Institutions are confirmed as keynote speakers for the 2020 CDFI Coalition Institute. The two-day event will take place on February 27-28, 2020, in Washington, D.C. at the Washington Plaza Hotel.
We expect this year’s event draw around 200 leading CDFIs and organization that support CDFIs from across the country. Highlights of the event include, a Treasury panel, in addition to open office hours with CDFI Fund staff, as well as panel discussions on timely topics ranging from legislative perspectives with important congressional staffers, affordable housing, climate resiliency, CRA reform and much more.
In addition, the Coalition has set aside time for attendees to visit with their legislators on Capitol Hill on February 27th, followed by a reception in the Kennedy Caucus Room.
