The project replaced an old, functionally obsolete building and involved the construction of a new, multistory 127,643 square foot LEED Gold building for the expansion of the various community and business outreach services and the college of business at Grand Valley State University. This project provided the needed stimulus for further development south of Fulton Street along the west bank of the Grand River. The building includes space for various outreach to local and state businesses, including incubator services for small businesses, conferencing, executive level training, community outreach, food service and other related services.
