Apple Orchard Village contains six (6) buildings, which consists of 40 multi-family units and one community center located on a site comprising 2.25 acres of land in Eugene, Oregon. The project offers unit sizes ranging form studios to 2 bedrooms, and has a community room, common laundry, children's play area and internet access.
