Petoskey Plastics
Acquisition, renovation and equipping of an environmentally focused plastics extrusion facility in McKinney, TX. The new facility will add 100,000 sq. ft. of production space and three new production lines which will allow Petoskey to increase its output by approximately 15% over the next 12 months.
Family Health Center on Virginia
Construction of a new 25,000 sq. ft. medical building to be leased to a FQHC in McKinney, TX. In addition to health services, the Center supports patients by linking them to partners that provide critical basic resources, including social services, transportation and healthy foods.
Coastal Bend Food Bank
This investment financed the construction of a new 108,200 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution center for Coastal Bend Food Bank in Corpus Christi, TX, replacing an existing 24,200 sq. ft. facility. The new warehouse will include additional freezer and cooler space to expand healthy foods access, additional dry storage, dedicated volunteer space to better sort, pack, and distribute food,
