Christian Services has served the Lancaster community for more than 35 years and thanks to the purchase and renovation of a bowling alley, they are adding to the long list of critical services they provide. Christian Services serves over 1,200 families per month through their food pantry and is the only TEFAP (USDA’s The Emergency Food Assistance Program) provider in Lancaster County.

OCSD5’s High School for Health Professions is a charter school serving Orangeburg high school students wishing to pursue a career in healthcare. OCSD 5 is a Title I school with a free/reduced lunch rate of 99%, yet it has maintained a graduation rate of 98.5% over the course of its nine years in operation which is well above the state average of 80.3%.

Since 1999, Perrin Woodworking has served the Lowcountry with quality custom cabinetry & furniture for residential and commercial properties. Their commercial portfolio includes custom cabinetry & furniture for some of the Charleston area’s most well-known restaurants. As their business grew, Perrin Woodworking owners Katy and Dan Perrin saw purchasing a building for their operation as the next phase of growth.
TK Gregg Community Center
Northside Development Group has been consciously crafting redevelopment plans that allow everyone who wants to remain in the Northside Community of Spartanburg, SC living and thriving there. As part of the group’s efforts to revitalize and enhance the Northside neighborhood, the City of Spartanburg committed to building a state-of-the-art community center in hopes that it will become a hub for community building. SCCLF partnered with The Innovate Fund on this transaction, who provided a $10MM allocation. The investor was Capital One.
