OCSD 5 is a Title I school with a free/reduced lunch rate of 99%, yet it has maintained a graduation rate of 98.5% over the course of its nine years in operation which is well above the state average of 80.3%.

Their commercial portfolio includes custom cabinetry & furniture for some of the Charleston area’s most well-known restaurants. As their business grew, Perrin Woodworking owners Katy and Dan Perrin saw purchasing a building for their operation as the next phase of growth.

Northside Development Group has been consciously crafting redevelopment plans that allow everyone who wants to remain in the Northside Community of Spartanburg, SC living and thriving there. As part of the group’s efforts to revitalize and enhance the Northside neighborhood, the City of Spartanburg committed to building a state-of-the-art community center in hopes that it will become a hub for community building.
