Located in downtown Atlanta, financing supported component of the overall planned development will consist of construction of an approx. 56,000 sq. ft. mixed-use/community facility space to support education and social services for homeless and low-income children. 2,000 sq. ft. of for-lease street front retail space is included.
Grady Ponce De Leon Center Infectious Disease Program

The project involves the renovation and expansion of the 55,000 sq. ft. Grady Health System HIV/AIDs clinic in Atlanta into a 74,729 sq. ft. facility, which will include a total overhaul of the facility.
Atlanta Mission – Restoration House

New facility being developed as a shelter for women and children for the oldest and largest provider of support services for metro Atlanta’s homeless population.
Goodwill Opportunity Campus/Goodwill of West Louisville

The project will consist of the renovation of BUILD’s existing building and construction of an addition, resulting in a transformed 51,000-sq. ft. campus that will become a hub for the Austin neighborhood and for BUILD’s core programs – STEAM education, arts therapy, and physical and mental wellness.
Republic Bank Foundation YMCA

The Republic Bank Foundation YMCA will be a newly constructed 77,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose facility to improve health equity in west Louisville, Kentucky. This joint venture will feature a new YMCA, a clinic using a patient-centered medical home model, physical therapy practice, counseling services, and a new Republic Bank branch. The new facility will improve healthcare, wellness, and access to financial services in an underserved low-income community.
Pikeville College of Oseopathic Medicine

This nvestment lowered PCSOM’s debt burden, allowing the school to expand its class size.Upon completion, enrollment increased from 75 medical students to 135, reaching capacity. Students are trained to become primary care physicians with emphasis on providing preventive healthcare, and prepared for leadership roles in addressing the critical shortage of physicians in Kentucky and other Appalachian regions.
Vickers Parke II

Vickers Parke II is an affordable housing community built in 1980 that underwent extensive renovations for the property’s rehabilitation.
