Southeast Raleigh YMCA
The Southeast Raleigh YMCA/Elementary School is the first phase of a 31-acre master planned site to improve access to education, wellness and fitness activities, and affordable housing in Raleigh, North Carolina. The 114,959 sq. ft. facility will be shared by the YMCA (42,960 sq. ft.) and the Wake County Public School System elementary school (71,999 sq. ft.).
Rooms to Go Dunn Distribution
Rooms To Go, the largest independent furniture retailer in the United States, developed a new 1.2 million sq. ft. facility which serves as its primary distribution and processing center for online deliveries throughout the eastern United States. At the facility, furniture components are received, assembled, warehoused and ultimately shipped directly to customers’ homes. The facility also includes a state-of-the-art 60,000 sq. ft. retail showroom and outlet center, ancillary office space and a truck wash.
Boys & Girls Club of Cabarrus County Expansion
The Boys and Girls Club of Cabarrus County is a 70-year-old organization providing education, enrichment, health and life skills, and career programs to youth in Cabarrus County, NC. This 29,112 sq. ft. expansion (76% increase in space) will provide: a new teen center for high school students and expanded space for middle school youth; a performing arts room and stage that opens into a new multi-purpose area; seven additional activity rooms – doubling academics and youth development programming, and more…
Jackson Schools/Healthy Community Education Partners
Renovation and reopening of a school built in 1957 that closed in 2016 due to underperformance and poor condition. JCM will serve 800 students with 93% minorities and 90% are expected to be low-income. Students will have access to two district programs focusing on career training and work experience as well as the opportunity to earn an AA while in high school.
Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center
Rehabilitation of a historic theater into a modern performing arts and education center with seating for 950, 200 guest ballroom, and classrooms. This new community space is expected to be a catalyst of economic development and revitalization in downtown, as well as provide cultural and educational opportunities to residents of Clarksburg and the surrounding counties within north central West Virginia.

Founded in 1992, the NFSSE, a nonprofit, private school serves students with intellectual and developmental differences between the ages of 6-22, and also offers a post-graduate program for young adults between the ages of 22-40. NFSSE’s development plan will reshape the footprint of the school campus and will include renovations to an existing building, construction of a new structure and significant site work.
