124th and Ash LP
124th and Ash Limited Partnership funding provides the permanent financing for the Wy’east Apartments, new construction completed in December 2020 that was financed with 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credits. The Wy’east Apartments is one building containing 175 units catering to individuals and families in East Portland. Unit configuration includes 79 Studios, 81 1BR , and 15 2BR units.
72nd and Baylor
NOAH’s loan will be used acquire three properties located in Tigard, Oregon that will enable Community Development Partners to construct 80 units of new affordable Housing.  The properties are located in the Tigard Triangle Urban Renewal Area and will benefit from being near the MAX line expansion.  CDP will also be partnering with the Center for Public Interest Design to research and better understand the civic assets and needs to bring the greatest benefit to the community. 
82nd Avenue Apartments
82nd Avenue is a 58-unit multifamily development consisting of 2 five-story buildings and 6,530 square feet of commercial space.
Admiral Apartments
Renovated five story historic building located in downtown Portland. 37 units including 14 studios and 23 one bedroom units. Extensive improvements provided structural, accessibility and energy upgrades, with additional common area gained from conversion of prior commercial space to residential use.
Alberta Alive Apartments
Alberta Alive Apartments is a 52-unit garden style multi-family affordable housing project located in Portland, OR. The project is comprised of 52 units with a 21-unit building at 510 NE Alberta Street (The Ronnie Herndon) and a 31-unit building at 780 NE Alberta Street (The Paul Knauls).
Albina Corner
Albina Corner is a mixed-use project that includes 48 affordable housing units and 11,369 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial space in one new and two rehabilitated buildings. Project amenities include a 500 sq. ft. meeting room, elevator service, three laundry rooms, a 5,700 sq. ft. second-story paved central area, and a fenced playground area.
Alder House
Alder House was built in 1992 and is a seven‐story building containing 131 units, of which 130 are considered SRO units and 1 one‐bedroom manager’s unit.  The ground floor includes a lobby, leasing office and a small commercial space occupied by DePaul Treatment Center. The acquisition financing allows the sponsor to purchase the property and finalize funding sources for rehabilitation and permanent financing to preserve this important affordable housing in downtown Portland. 
Alexander Seavey LLC
Alexander-Seavey is comprised of 25 units in south Corvallis at Alexander Court and 24 units in NE Corvallis at Seavey Meadows. Both have one, two and three bedroom units in townhouse and flat configurations. Both sites have a resident meeting area with central open space and place area. They have been constructed to Earth Advantage Gold certification requirements. Ten units are targeted to survivors of domestic violence.
Allen Fremont Plaza
A 3-story elevator served building with 63 one-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom unit located in a popular inner NE Portland neighborhood. Originally built in 1997, sponsored by GBC, Inc. and financed with a NOAH permanent loan, the project was acquired by REACH CDI in 2015 with an OHAF loan from NOAH. During the OHAF period, REACH stabilized operations, completed rehab and upgrades, and renegotiated restrictive covenants.
Alona Place
Alona Place is a 40 unit affordable housing community located in Junction City, OR.  The property includes one‐, two‐ and three‐bedroom units (both flats and townhomes); a community building with common laundry, common kitchen, restrooms and leasing & resident services offices; secure outdoor storage; a playground; and garden plots.   
Ames Creek Court
Ames Creek is a 30 unit development for seniors located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. The project is located close to services and to the local senior center.
Anderlik Manor
Anderlik Manor is a 20-unit multifamily project. It is a singlestory garden apartment that is restricted to elderly age 62 and older. The project is in Lebanon, Oregon and will preserve 20 affordable units for the loan term. The original improvements were built in 1979 and have now been fully renovated. The property has one unsubsidized managers unit. The rest of the units are under a USDA RD project-based contract.
