39 Rainbow taps the commercial potential of one of the region’s largest and fasted growing campuses, the University of Kansas – Kansas City. Located across the street from the University of Kansas Medical Center, the project features urban-style design with retail and residential components, and an 83-room Holiday Inn Express. The first floor of the development will feature approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of new retail and restaurant space to serve traffic from the Hospital, Medical Center, the immediate neighborhood, and busy thoroughfares, such as Interstate 35.
Pikeville College of Oseopathic Medicine
This nvestment lowered PCSOM’s debt burden, allowing the school to expand its class size.Upon completion, enrollment increased from 75 medical students to 135, reaching capacity. Students are trained to become primary care physicians with emphasis on providing preventive healthcare, and prepared for leadership roles in addressing the critical shortage of physicians in Kentucky and other Appalachian regions.
Lowry City Farmers Exchange
Financing for Bolivar Farmers Exchange, a wholesaler of animal feed, including corn, for its Lowry City Farmers Exchange location.
KSU Incubator
The construction of a 59,000 sq. ft. office building by the Kansas State University Foundation used for corporate incubator and research space in Manhattan, KS.
Holland Industrial Services
Since 1992, Holland Industrial Services has specialized in preventative maintenance, testing, sales and repair of industrial and commercial electrical distribution equipment. The company operates out of an 11,000-square-foot facility in Bay Minette.
Athens Limestone Hospital Surgery Tower, LLC
This project is a surgery center expansion that will focus on lower-acuity, out-patient based surgeries.
Atmore Urgent Care
The construction of a new Urgent Care Clinic. The modern new healthcare facility is located on Alabama Highway 21 near Interstate 65 and the Wind Creek Casino and Hotel, and will allow increased access to care for all the citizens of Atmore.
Pediatrics Plus – Arkadelphia
New 20,000 sq. ft. facility providing behavioral health services to over 200 low-income individuals, including 180 children of which, 75% are eligible for the Arkids First State Medicaid Program.
Camarena Health – Los Banos Clinic
NCIF has closed on the financing for the Camarena Health Los Banos Clinic. The new 16,000 square foot clinic will be located in the City of Los Banos, CA, in California’s Central Valley. Camarena Health, is a federally qualified health center, operating 18 clinics in Madera County, where they are the largest provider of primary health care.
