The firm’s work also includes assisting clients with proposal preparation and assistance with writing applications for tax credit or grant programs. Our clients include many of the leading community development finance, housing and rural development, transportation and human services organizations and associations in America. Founded more than three decades ago, the firm is incorporated in the District of Columbia and its offices are located in downtown Washington.
